Change is coming to the Brooklyn Democratic Party Wednesday night. Party boss Frank Seddio is stepping down.
Seddio will make it official at a private meeting of the district leaders who make up the Party's executive committee. The former Assembly member and District Judge runs a law practice in Canarsie. His tenure of more than 7 years as party chair has been controversial, with many reformers saying the party be more open and transparent. His response?
"If I were any more transparent, I would be arrested for lewdness I don't know what else to do. Should I take off my underwear and let them see the rest of my body?" said Seddio.
He has been open about one thing. His choice for a successor: Assembly member Rodneyse Bicchotte.
